Tears for John while partly about John Lennon’s untimely death and how the world mourned this cultural icon is much more about his struggle with darkness, depression and the demons he fought throughout much of his life. Never having a sense of ‘belonging’ his searching took him on many drug and alcohol fuelled journeys. Did he ever find the peace he longed for before he died?
